Young An, PT, DPT

Young An is the CEO of Banner Rehabilitation East. In this role since the hospital opened in 2022, Young oversees the hospital’s strategic planning, programs and operations.

Previously, Young worked for Banner Health for 26 years in various leadership roles. She had strategic and operational oversight for the Rhodes Rehabilitation program as well as providing leadership across two hospitals for acute therapy team, cardiopulmonary department, vascular access team and electro-neurodiagnostic technicians.

During her tenure at Banner Health, she provided administrative oversight over various programs including wound care, sleep center, audiology and outpatient therapy. As an additional project, Young led the orthopedic service line for 10 years for Banner Baywood Medical Center and nine years for the Banner Health system, standardizing practices and strategic initiatives throughout the enterprise.

Young earned a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a master’s degree in physical therapy from The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. She has a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
