Roxanne Bakowski, P.T., DPT, MBA

Roxanne Bakowski is the director of business development at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital East. In this role since 2022, Roxanne oversees the identification and development of new business opportunities, the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and ongoing market analysis.

Previously, Roxanne worked for Banner Rehabilitation Hospital East as a clinical liaison and senior clinical liaison. Before that, she worked as a physical therapist in the Chandler Regional Medical Center trauma department as well as the neurological ICU at St Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.

Roxanne earned her bachelor’s degree and doctorate in physical therapy from Central Michigan University. She received her master’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
