Scott Keen

Scott Keen is market CEO for Banner Rehabilitation Hospitals and CEO of Banner Rehabilitation Hospital West. In these roles since 2025, Scott oversees market and hospital operations, ensuring compliance and providing strategic direction and leadership to the executive teams, medical and administrative staff.

With more than 25 years of health care experience, Scott joined Select Medical in 2014 as CEO of HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona before serving as assistant vice president of project management for Select Medical’s inpatient rehabilitation hospital division.

Following that, Scott was appointed vice president of neuro transitional rehabilitation where he led the strategy, planning and development of the Neuro Transitional Rehab service line and three Neuro Transitional Centers. Scott has also served in interim CEO roles at several different Select Medical inpatient rehabilitation hospitals around the country, working to stabilize operations and strengthen existing partnerships.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a master’s degree in physical therapy from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
