Market Director of Business Development

Heather Henning

Heather Henning is the market director of business development for Banner Rehabilitation Hospitals as well as the director of business development for Banner Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix. In this role since January 2023, Heather oversees business analysis, strategic planning, process Improvement as well as daily admission operations.

Previously, Heather worked as director of business development at Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Henderson, Nevada, and as a physician liaison at HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from University of Kansas and a bachelor’s degree in science from University of Nebraska at Omaha. She has a master’s degree in business administration in health care leadership from the University of Tennessee.
