Thomas Rufrano

Thomas Rufrano is the CEO of Banner Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix. In this role since 2019, Thomas oversees the hospital’s strategic planning, programs and operations.

Thomas began his professional career as a physical therapist at the Banner Boswell Medical Center and has spent three decades in positions of increasing responsibility at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, Banner Baywood Medical Center and Banner University Medical Center.

Thomas earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Touro College and a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University. He received a fellowship with the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2015.
