Bridget Cohen, RN, MSN

Bridget Cohen is the chief nursing officer at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix. In this role since 2024, Bridget oversees the nursing staff to assure the optimum delivery of care and actively participates in the oversight and establishment of best practices and standards for hospital clinical services.

With over 20 years of rehabilitative nursing experience, Bridget previously served as nurse manager at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix since the opening of the hospital in 2020. Prior to that, Bridget held multiple positions in the rehabilitation unit at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix including certified nursing assistant, licensed practical nurse, registered nurse, clinical nurse manager and interim senior nurse manager.

Bridget earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Arizona.
