Kimberly Foote

Kimberly Foote is director of quality management at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix. In this role since 2023, Kim oversees performance improvement and patient safety programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and operations of the infection control and employee health programs.

Previously, Kimberly was a clinical coordinator at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, where she worked as a charge nurse responsible for the oversight of two acute hospital units and leading a team of nurses and support staff.
