Dora L. Noriega is the chief nursing officer at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital West. In this role since 2020, Dora is responsible for nursing operations, clinical programs, quality patient care and outcomes.

Previously, Dora was the chief clinical officer for Kindred in Santa Ana, California. Before that, she served as chief nursing officer for a level three trauma facility in New Mexico and as chief nursing officer/risk manager for San Dimas Community Hospital in San Dimas, California.

Dora earned an associate’s degree from Long Beach City College as well as bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from University of Phoenix.
