Tara Lakes

Tara Lakes is director of business development at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital West. In this role since 2021, Tara leads the team responsible for patient admissions, community engagement and marketing for the hospital.

Previously, Tara served as a clinical liaison with Banner Health. Prior to that, Tara worked as a therapy leader and occupational therapist in a variety of settings, including the Rehab Hospital of Indiana in Indianapolis.

Tara earned a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Indiana University.
