Director of Rehabilitation, West

Candi Sinsabaugh

Candi Sinsabaugh is the director of rehabilitation at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital West. In this role since 2024, Candi oversees program development for diagnosis committees, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and developing patient care programs.

Previously, Candi served as a therapy manager at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital East. Prior to that, she worked at HonorHealth Osborn Hospital as acute rehab and acute care supervisor.

Candi earned her bachelor’s degree in life science from Arizona State University. She obtained her doctorate in physical therapy from A.T. Still University. Candi is a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist, certified brain injury specialist and certified in LSVT BIG therapy for Parkinson’s disease.
